jrGTM Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between JobRhino LLC ("we", "us") and the business that uses jrGTM ("you"). jrGTM runs at gtm.jobrhino.pro. By creating an account, signing in or buying credits, you agree to these terms. The person who accepts them must be at least 18 and allowed to accept them for the business.

1. What jrGTM is

• jrGTM helps a business find other businesses, keep them as leads, look up public contact details and export them.
• It includes an assistant that runs searches and changes your leads when you ask it to. AI answers can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it.
• jrGTM is for businesses in the United States. It is not for personal or household use.

2. Your account and team

• Keep passwords and agent tokens secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what any AI agent you connect does with a token you made.
• An admin of your workspace adds and removes people in it.
• Your workspace's leads are kept separate from other customers' workspaces.

3. Credits, plans and payment

• A new workspace gets 300 free credits. Credit packs are sold in fixed sizes and do not expire.
• The Power plan costs $29 a month and includes 1,500 credits each month, and it makes later credit use cheaper. It renews every month until you cancel it in the billing portal. When you cancel, it stays on until the end of the month you paid for.
• Credits pay for the assistant and for data collection. Paid work only runs within the spending cap you set.
• Stripe handles payments. Prices do not include taxes unless shown.
• We do not refund credits or plan fees, unless the law requires it. If credits were used up by a failure on our side, write to us and we will put them back.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Credits you already bought keep their value.

4. How you may use what jrGTM finds

You decide how you use leads and contact details, and you are responsible for that use. You agree to:

• follow the laws that apply to your outreach, including the CAN-SPAM Act for email, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Do Not Call rules for calls and texts, and state privacy laws;
• honor every opt-out and deletion request you receive;
• not use jrGTM to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment or housing;
• not use jrGTM to harass anyone or to send spam;
• not resell or publish what jrGTM finds as a list or database of its own.

5. Your data

• You keep the files you import and the work you do in jrGTM. You let us store and process them to run jrGTM for you, including with the service providers named in the Privacy Policy.
• Business information collected through jrGTM also goes into jrGTM's own business database, as the Privacy Policy explains. We never show your workspace to another customer.
• You can export your leads at any time.

6. What you must not do

Do not try to reach another workspace's data, break or overload jrGTM, get around credit or spending limits, or copy the software.

7. Information from other sources

Business listings, website details and email addresses come from public sources and other services. We do not promise they are complete, current or correct. Those services can change or stop, and that can change what jrGTM can find.

8. Pausing or closing accounts

• We may pause an account that breaks these terms or puts jrGTM or other customers at risk. We will tell you why.
• You can stop using jrGTM at any time and ask us to delete your account. Money owed before then is still owed.

9. What we do not promise

• We work to keep jrGTM running, correct and backed up. But jrGTM is offered "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always work, be free of mistakes, or win you any business.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost data or any indirect or special losses. The most we owe you for all claims together is what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Claims that come from your own outreach, or from you breaking the law or these terms, are yours. You will cover our costs from them.

10. Changes to these terms

We will post a new version here with its date. For a material change, we will email account admins at least 30 days before it takes effect. Using jrGTM after that means you accept the new version.

11. Disputes and the law that applies

• If there is a problem, write to chase@jobrhino.pro first. We will try to work it out with you within 30 days.
• Missouri law governs these terms. Any court case about them will be in the state or federal courts in Missouri.
• These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about jrGTM. If part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
