jrGTM Privacy Policy
This policy explains what JobRhino LLC ("we") collects when businesses use jrGTM, and what jrGTM holds about the businesses and people that appear in leads.
1. About our customers
- Account: your name, email address, workspace and role, and your password in hashed form. We cannot read your password.
- Billing: Stripe keeps your card details. We keep your Stripe customer number, your plan and your credit balance.
- Use: what you and the agents you connect do in jrGTM, assistant conversations, the memories you save, and credit use.
- Cookies: one sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for 12 hours. No advertising or tracking cookies.
2. About businesses and people in leads
jrGTM collects information about businesses, and sometimes about people who work there:
- business listings from maps: name, address, phone, website, category and ratings;
- details published on business websites;
- work email addresses, names and job titles from an email lookup service;
- whatever a customer imports from their own files.
We use it to give each customer the leads they collected or imported, and each customer's workspace is kept separate from the others. Business information collected through jrGTM also goes into jrGTM's own business database, which we may use to run and improve jrGTM. Files a customer imports, and their notes, decisions and exports, stay in that customer's workspace.
3. Service providers
We share information only with providers that help run jrGTM:
- Railway (United States): hosting and the main backup.
- Cloudflare (United States): a second backup copy.
- Stripe: payments.
- OpenAI: the jrGTM assistant. It receives your messages and the leads the assistant reads to answer you.
- Apify: collecting business listings. It receives search terms and areas.
- Hunter: finding work email addresses. It receives business web addresses and names.
- Resend: error emails to our operator, which can include an account email address.
We do not sell our customers' account information.
4. How long we keep it
- Account and workspace information stays while the account is open. We delete it within 30 days after you ask us to close the account.
- We keep daily backups for 35 days and one backup a month for 12 months. Deleted information leaves the backups as they expire, within 13 months at most.
5. Your choices
- Customers can correct their account details and export their leads at any time.
- Anyone can ask whether jrGTM holds information about them, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Write to chase@jobrhino.pro. We answer within 45 days.
- Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights under those laws. We will not treat you differently for using them.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed. Sign-ins expire. Each customer's workspace is kept apart from the others. Backups are copied to a second provider, and only our operator can reach the servers.
7. Children
jrGTM is a business tool for people 18 and older.
8. Changes and contact
